Return & Refund Policy

Because our items are made-to-order, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or misprinted products.

Report an Issue

You must report any issue within 14 days of delivery and include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the issue (product detail, print, packaging/label)

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

What We Offer

Replacement or reprint for damaged or faulty items

Re-shipping if the parcel is returned due to a verified carrier error

Refund only if a replacement isn’t possible

Not Covered

Wrong size ordered or a change of mind

Wrong/insufficient address entered at checkout (we can re-ship once corrected; re-delivery costs may apply)

Normal wear & tear or minor colour variance (screen vs fabric)

Return Shipping

If the issue is on our end (print/manufacturing defect), we cover the other cases; the customer is responsible for return shipping.
