Welcome to MDE8™. By using our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We believe in transparency — no hidden rules, no fine print. Just honesty, craftsmanship, and respect.

Made-to-Order Production

Every item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and ensures each piece is freshly made. Once production starts, orders can’t be cancelled or modified.

Shipping & Delivery (UK only)

  • Free UK shipping on all orders
  • Production time: usually 1–3 business days
  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after production
  • Tracking info is sent by email when your order ships
  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or courier disruptions

Payments

All payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments or trusted third-party providers. MDE8™ does not store or access your payment details. Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made-to-order, we only accept returns for:

  • Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
  • Verified shipping carrier errors

Report any issue within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos. If approved, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, text, and designs on this site are original MDE8™ creations. Unauthorised reproduction, resale, or commercial use is prohibited. Our designs are protected under international copyright and IP law.

You may share our products online with proper credit (MDE8™ — Independent Designer), but may not modify, resell, or redistribute our designs.

Product Safety & Materials

All products are produced through verified partners using safe, OEKO-TEX® or equivalent certified materials. Printing inks are non-toxic and safe for everyday wear. MDE8™ apparel is made to meet modern ethical and safety standards.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We only collect the data necessary to process your order. For full details, read our Privacy Policy.

Liability & Disclaimer

MDE8™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. All items are handmade or printed individually — slight variations in colour or placement may occur and are considered normal.
